  • can someone please help me. I am a pre-major in Social Science at Valencia. Would this be a good foundation to apply to UCF's Social work BSW program? I was also considering Political Science and Psychology. Please any advice.

  • excellent worker!

  • Being a school social worker myself--some of the comments are quite disturbing. Until you are in this work and understand that we are not all about CPS (which is a complete stereotype), I think you shouldn't judge. This lady is an inspiration! School Social Workers Rock!

  • Uni Kassel rocks!!! :-D

  • Kids that end up in a social workers office in schools do not need a drill sergeant, just access to education, food, housing and positive role models. I know a Sergeant Major who will attest that good formative backgrounds make better soldiers. Many parents are unable or unwilling to meet these needs. A social workers interventions and services are vital. A good social worker might even keep a child from growing up with anger issues, cultural biases and spelling challenges.

  • Yeah, these are the same ones who see a bruise or hear a kid say something offbeat and the next thing you know the kid is in foster hell.

  • WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP ! !

    DISCIPLINE, RESPONCABILITY and OBEDIANCE

These kids need a drill sergeant not a hug - thats how you build strong bodies and minds

Kuhmbyah, hug a tree you liberal fake.

  • Congratulations!!!

It's great to see someone out there doing good work and helping those in need. We could use a few more like you. Glad someone took notice and did that story about you and your work.

    P.S. You look great too!
