P/S KINGSWEAR CASTLE operates on the River Medway in the Southeast of the UK. This video shows the engineer operating the engine responding to commands from the wheelhouse via the engine room telegraph as the vessel maneuvers away from the dock.
I saw this one from Waverley when it visited; they really put on a show with billowing smoke and the wheels really thrashing round in the water! Very impressive.
Thats really pretty cool. Would be fun to take a ride on it. Nice to see something that antique still operating.

I don't know why he's movng the engine only with the throttle and not with the linkage first....
