Why Be Against The Fur Trade?

Because it's quite simply the downright decent thing to do!

For anyone with a heart or soul this video needs no further explanation.

Ya know I've seen so much video and photos of animal cruelty; baby seals clubbed, slaughterhouses and more and you'd think a person could become desensitized. But you don't, it always brings a tear to my eye and always will.

Look into the eyes of that poor unfortunate dog, look in those sad pathetic eyes; he is scared, so scared, and is just wanting for someone! anyone! to come and rescue him. Rescue him, and lift him up out of the pile of alive scared and tightly packed tragic unfortunate souls he is sandwiched in-between, as he awaits his barbaric and horrific fate.

There's an old saying regarding animals that goes :)

"If you truly love animals, the best thing you can do for them is to just leave them alone"

And the best thing to do if you claim to have one decent bone in your body, is not to buy and wear real animal furs, and help to support some of the worst and horrific abuses of animals in the world.

Because if you have a dog, would you wear him or her as a fur coat?

Unlike the ethics of eating meat, the horrific slaughter of animals and the ripping off of the beautiful fur on their backs is completely and totally unnecessary and cannot be made justifiable or morally right by any average human being.

@Shindashi There's a difference between property and living creatures. A living creature has a mind, can feel pain and should NOT be killed unnecessarily (food for survival and defense are prime examples). In a way, rights are imaginary. If I was German and you were Jewish a few decades ago, I could've skinned you alive and that would've been perfectly legal. And what's SO special about us people? Just because we're the same species and made cheap shitty weapons that get us on top doesn't ....

If you love an animal, it's the same like loving a teddy bear. Don't infringe on people's property rights just because you don't like what they do with their property. Non-human animals aren't people. That's just obvious. They have no rights. If someone buys a dog to skin it alive, then go ahead and try to persuade them otherwise, but don't pretend that they don't have a right to do it.
