@jszilvi1987, This is the Jack Knife. The roller as you feet move over then you separate feet and and flex your toes as you move back down... and do a kind of semi circle as you your feet reach about 60 degrees before touching the mat.

This looks like the jack knife to me, and I am a Pilates instructor. It sounds like you're talking about the control balance, where you pull one leg towards you, while the other leg is pointing to the ceiling.
