what about a two tier system?

i beleive in private hospitals and if ppl have enough money to pay for it koodos for them but for eveyone in the province to pay for the larg majority of there bill is just a rip off.

so were going to subsidies private busnesses to do sugeries with doctors that would have been in the public hospitals. to help rich people to get surgeries faster,because we dont have enough doctors to do them fast enough in the public hospitals. thats nice for us all to pitch in for the rich.
