@ducttape83 Many of us enjoy music despite our hearing loss. Many do feel the vibration. The best way to experience music like we do is to visit Gallaudet University for the Rock Festival. It is not uncommon to play 30,000-50,000 watts of music!!! Talk about chest-thumping experience!! A good hearing protection is highly recommended of you are hearing. It really depends on the level of hearing loss. I personally like all all aspect of music from classical to rock and everything in between

This is extrememly well done. I have always liked this song, and this presentation has brought new life to it. Thank you

This is one of the most artistic, beautiful and touching things I've ever seen!

I didn't mean to be terribly rude, its just that i am hard of hearing and when i look up lyrics and watch the signs and they are very different it is very confusing.

@deafofficer64 As an ignorant hearing person, could you elaborate how deaf people experience music? I am curious to hear about this. Do you mostly feel the bass or beat of the music, or...? Thanks in advance

No apologies necessary. Give yourselves credit. YOu did well. We don't learn from our perfections, but from our mistakes. Even the mistakes you made were not so obvious to someone who only knows a few signs. Your rendition of this classic gives a whole new meaning and interpretation of the song for me. Well Done. Please do it again, and be as creative as you are here.

@zdathen Thank You :)

@Boyles95 I would not have chosen precisely all of the signs they did and I learned some of those signs differently but with all the regional and even generational differences and evolutions in ASL I think its silly (not to mention functionally pointless) to say something is simply "wrong" without greater specificity
I think this is very creative and beautifully done. I particularly like the way you used different colors and costumes to show different voices, even of the same main character. If you were students when you did this; you should be very proud. @Boyles95, you could stand to be more specific if you have critique of certain signs. Otherwise, don't just put negative comments up to tear someone down who made an effort to create something beautiful in ASL!

@pamwalker98 Thanks so much for the positive feedback. We're working to get another ASL video together. I hope you'll check it out

I apologize if some signs are incorrect but when this film was made we were ASL students and the signs for this song were taught to us by an instructor/interpreter. Thanks for the heads up though.
