Final Fantasy III (Nintendo DS) - Walkthrough Playthrough Bossthrough - 4rd Boss - Medusa (High Quality)

After defeating the 'Giant Rat', back to Vikings' Cove and receive the 'Enterprise' as a reward.
Now you can explore a larger part of the map. I chose first follow to the Southwest and found the city of 'Tokkul'. Examine the city, the houses, trees, barrels and you will find: Lamia Scale / Bacchu's Cider / Ice Staff / Sonic Knuckles / Kenpo Gi / Ice Staff & Serpent Sword.
Leave town and head west (walking), after the desert. Following the extreme west, you'll find a town called 'Village of the Ancients'. Explore it and buy everything you need. Items found: Gnomish Bread (prize) and Serpent Sword (in the flower).
Leave this town and go to the 'Enterprise'. Follow the northwest and you'll find the 'Castle Argus'. Follow the west of the castle (walking) and find 'Gulgan Gulch'.
Talk with the Wizards and one of them will give you 'Toad' (white magic). Go by a secret passage and find: Fire Staff / Ice Staff & Mage Robe.
Head to the 'Castle Argus' now. Find a secret passage in the wall and take: 1.000 Gil (6x) / 1.500 Gil / 100 Gil (2x) / Bomb Fragment / Antartic Wind and Arctic Wind.
Exit the castle and head northeast to the 'Tower of Owen'. You have to use Toad (magic).
You'll find here: Herbs (3x) / Spark Dagger / Bomb Fragment / Sonic Knuckles / Salamand Sword / Flame Mail & Zeus's Wrath.

also, @NickTheFineAsshul, you should probly be at least lv 15 before trying to climb the tower. I barely beat this battle with all my party being lv 14

@BeForU648, there is a secret passageway on 2nd floor of the one place, with the Vikings, where you got the Enterprise. Hug the walls, and you'll find it.

It's got Fira, Blizzara, and Thundara inside. There's another secret spot too, and there'smoney, and a Viking axe in it.

You can also get Fira, Blizzara, and Thundara in a shop in Village of the aincients(lower left corner of the continent thing)

This boss fight ANNOYS ME TO HELL. The crap thing keeps petrifying, my melee people, and silences my 3 mages, making my entire party worthless.

I've beaten it already, but I hated this boss.

Can someone tell me the best way to do this? I am like lvl 13 or smthing do i have to be like lvl 17 like in this video? and if yes then do i like have to go to nearest places near this tower and kill monstars?
