@Reignunlimited He said egg whites.. A whole egg with the yolk may have 7 grams but he used 2 regular eggs and the rest egg whites. Egg whites have around 4 grams per.

U should eat sprouted whole grain, anything else isnt worth the carb.

@IPWNBXRmash well you probly arent as big as him, you might be taller though, its really different for everyone and how many meals you eat a day....dont get caught up in "bulking" especially if you are a beginner...i did and it was a HUGE mistake...

Whoa your meals are HUGE bro. Do you recommend someone who has just started bodybuilding to eat that big? I mean damn that must cost a lot considering thats only 1 of your 6 meals

4g protein.. you sure those are chicken eggs..An avg egg has 7g protein.. jumbo eggs 8g..that what it says on my carton box
