Freddie Mercury united the world and actually was in the last band that made anyone proud to be British. Who have we got now, JLS?
We ought to celebrate both Queen and The Beatles, and do stand up against pop-autotuned shit.

@rosco1987 It's perfectly possible for people to be knighted posthumously; it should have happened shortly after he died. It would just be slightly strange for it to happen now.

@rosco1987 I seen your comment there about wanting to see Freddie Live. I thought you might like this story. Well Back in 85 I stood right in front of Freddie when he was on stage. Even now after 25 years I remember like it was yesterday. I cry when I watch Freddie now. He was taken from us way before his time. I still have my Live Aid ticket in frame on my wall. All other gigs fade into the distance when it comes to one of Queens gigs.
