  • Modular jacks weren't used until 1963. Yours is a pre-modular phone that was retrofitted with the modular connectors.

  • the only ting that breacks is the microphone after decades, but no worry it can be changed in 1 minute by anyone

  • Ringer may not be broken. A lot of these are hardwired internally for party lines, not individual lines we used today.  There's a mod where you more 1 wire to fix that..
