  • Hand strikes with the three last phalanx using the continuation of the forarm and pivot of the bust. It became hard only the moment of the strike. Practice of zhan zhuang "keep the birds" and the concept of "song-soft" & "jin-supple". For the elbows and chin, important is the mouvement of the center of the body. Left and right stance must be used easy For the power, this bag 's weight is about 25 kgs; during the strike he must not mooves. Force implodes. This is an another way to use body on bag

  • @yilia75 No. Allthose things are wrong, and come from spending too much time on theory and pretence rather than practical research of real fighting via lots of sparring. Sticking the chin, thumb and elbows out are all stupid. Having no guard and dropping your hands after every punch is stupid. There is no power, eve at the last moment - that's just wishful thinking based on mysticism. Now re-do it, hitting the bag with real power and speed. Re: footwork - constant change in real fight is stupid.

  • Can't accept criticism either - typical Chinese martial arts fantasist. Try this with a competent partner and get an education.
