This piece is rocking. I could make myself cry with it because it’s just that awesome, I can barely play it. It has massive chords that are placed just so that it is okay to include some accidental thumbings. The left hand is insanely hard to grasp in the middle, I wouldn’t dare say I could play it, only show you what notes there are. All in all, this piece is fun to play, hardcore, and tear bringing to listen to.

this sounds really similiar to gilels' version. sooo... good job!!!

Sorry but you are mistaken, the A you are talking about (actually commenting) IS meant to be an A it is the D major chord, not Bb major

you mean op 23 no 5
not op 23 no 3 (look description)

Omg there's so many cords o.O

This performance is actually the only one that comes anywhere near to Sviatoslav Richter's godlike interpretation. The ending varies somewhat though, but to my surprise I rather liked Philippov's style.

I love this! It's amazing!

This is a great song, but I personally like the Gilel's interpretation better. The louder part (starting around 0:37) should have more contrasting dynamics and tempo...but that's just my opinion.
I'm gonna try to learn this, wish me luck!
