  • as you might know; the hole in thew back of the grip is there for a reason. not so dirt gets in but so water and dirt can get out. when you plug it you trap trash in.

  • @barstoolguru That may be the purpose of the designed hole but it fails miserably. I own this gun and carry it daily and I get more dirt, junk and lint without the plug than with it installed? This hole needs plugged for a clean crap free gun!

  • wow. Slow paced! You're killing me!

  • @ExtremeBlueSky Give a guy a break, I promise to kill you much faster next time!

  • @JasonNiemier LOL!! But seriously folks... Thanks for posting that video. I'm the proud owner of a new G36. I like this Glock subby 45 but could not get the magazine floor plate off. What a pain!

  • @ExtremeBlueSky There are lock nubs on the sides and a new magazine is much to hard to squeeze on the sides with your fingers to release them. Got to use clamps! After you do this a few times is gets easy to do. Now a Magazine floor plate coming off in a shoot-out with bad guy would be a PAIN! It's a Glock absolute perfection in every possible way even the floor plate!

  • I am glad to see the idea of the c clamp I have slid ruger I think it was plates off before but just buy putting the punch in the bottom.

  • No instructions come with the grip extension and many have had problems not knowing about the side indents. Your C-clamp method is pure genius. Thanks for sharing
