I used to be a supporter of free trade with China, but no longer, after seeing what China is really like. In China, they don't enforce their overtime regulations. They have 16 of the world's 20 most dirtiest cities. Obviously they spend less on pollution control. They made a mess on our NASDAQ and NYSE by launching frauds there while raking in the money for themselves; then they go "dark" leaving Americans holding the empty bag. We don't want free trade with these communist thieves.

China already has tarrifs you idiots. They devalue their currency so much that it makes it economical to trade with them. If they did not devalue their currency then the cost of shipping it across the pacific alone would prevent them from stealing all our manufacturing jobs.

This debacle has already flown past the window. What was it that prompted the shot at the Chinese? I would think if it was something semi serious it would be more impressive to cut raw exports by 20 percent. They will need a lot of high quality steel to be selling Hummers back to us.
