"Our music is born from a strange union of the air of childhood and more troubled feelings, representing a more terrible reality which blends paradoxically with our childhood dreams." - Board of Canada interview

I've always felt a connection with others who listen to this kind of music. Because music like this is so rare to come by, as are those who listen to it. We REALLY appreciate music. This is REAL music. I don't think music needs words. When a song can convey an exact story, no matter what that story may be, THAT is what music is. That's what it should be. Each and every person can make up their own story to it. That is so beautiful to me.
