eCoupled at CES

New wireless power technology from eCoupled was publicly launced at CES 2007. Here's an interview and demos from Forbes.com. The technology has been in use in Alticor's eSpring water purifier for several years. eSpring is available from Quixtar and Amway independent business owners.

Why does the device look like it has a cord

plugged to it? 1:02 into video. but the future of the world is wireless.

They already have the technology, they have

I thought this presentatin was showing us

the devices. One for the home, one for the

car, that fits both devices. Now why would

they use a regular old IPOD device in place

of the one their are suppose to be showing

off? Makes no sense. That device has a cord to it.

yeah you're right I think. I suspect with the cradle the point is there's no connectors between the cradle and the ipod.

the wireless tech works, I have an espring which uses it on my kitchen bench.

I KNOW!This is a battery and base charger that will fit different items.Their battery and chargers.You leave the base chargers plugged in and carry your devices to it to charge.The connection between the two that is wireless.

Slim Now that statement isn't exactly true

that nothing is really wireless. The future of energy is total off grid

energy.  Nano solar cells, nano fuel cells

Just about everything will be powered by

nano something or other if they have their

way. Probably including us.
