@GARYC1950 It is those in prison who love oneanother and serve oneanother building eachother up in unity that will enter the Kingdom before those that are rightous before men condemning thier own brothers to death for not keeping the same holy day.

You are saying God is not my God because I honor the days Christ leads me too. Also that I dont love God because I dont keep the same holy day as you. I honor you for keeping the sabbath just as I honor those who keep other holy days. You say everone that dosnt keep saterday is not born again. So full of pride and arrogance accusing your own brothers condeming us to hell for not keeping the same holy day. Gods spirit is in me I hear his voice in my Spirit and dont need your condemnation.

@apostleled85 okay friend, i re-read acts 14. im missing the point you're trying to convey.i see some jews persuaded some gentiles to stone the apostles( which strengthens my point that the early church followed the jewish example).i see that paul and the others preached any day they could, but that doesnt mean they neglected or rejected the Sabbath of God.the problem with the jewish influence was they honored the letter, and not the spirit.but the spirit doesnt negate the letter.it elevates it.

@charliebuck1000 Read acts 14

@charliebuck1000 You must continue reading Acts 14

@MyBountykilla apologies friend, i figured you knew which scriptures i referenced.Acts13:42-44 notice the gentile converts who were already there on Sabbath.Acts17:1-4, notice the greek converts there and it was paul's custom.think about this,the 1st church was jewish,and they honored the big 10.the gentiles learned about the big 10 and God from jews.the 613 precepts is what's nailed to the cross not the big 10.just check what some of your like minded folks say about the 9c's instead of the 10.

@charliebuck1000 If your gonna make a statement in reference to the bible please leave a scripture so I can read it. Anyways Paul most likely did that because church was a tradition by the Jews to have it on sabbath. why would Paul tell them to come on sunday, there would be no church services that day because no one gathered that day. The bible says in acts that after the Jews rejected paul for the final time he no longer visited them in their churches.

@MyBountykilla if Christians already worshipped on the 1st day,why did paul tell the gentile converts to come back on the next Sabbath(a whole week later) rather than just say,holler at me tomorrow?why did paul,who was against legalism,continue to remember the Sabbath and keep it Holy?and indeed, the law is written on our hearts ,therefore NOT done away with,just moved to an intimate place.remember we are judged by our hearts, and thats were the 10 commandments reside.

@GARYC1950 Romans 2:16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my [PAUL'S] gospel. Romans 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my [PAUL'S]gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,

@GARYC1950 The are differences in groups or nations in the bible. When you mix the 2 you end up w/ contridictions in scriptures. Do you have scripture to support your claim that it is just animal sacrifice? Christ disciples are still doing that in the book of Acts because Christ never told them otherwise. He held His peace because Ex. 19:6 is to be fulfilled. It was the Jews assignment to be a nation of priests w/ Christ as King but they rejected that. Enter Paul's gospel of grace.
Prisons are full of folk who think that God's Moral Law should be nailed to a cross. When one is willing to follow truth, no matter what it is, truth will be found. The Holy Spirit will teach us if we are willing to be taught. The 7 or 8 annual sacrificial Sabbath days were nailed to the cross. This is why we don't sacrifice animals anymore. "Thou shalt not steal" along with the other nine still stand.

Someone asked, how can I know that many professed Christians don't love Jesus. Jesus said broad is the way that leads to hell. Broad means that many will be destroyed because they did not love Jesus enough to keep His commandments(Matt. 7:13-14, John 14:15). That is simple to see, if one has spiritual eyes. By the way, Col. 2:14-17 refers to the sacrifices by fire that was nailed to the cross. Who believes that "Thou shalt not steal" was nailed to the cross? God bless you all.
