You are right on. I have become a prisoner in my own head. I'm always thinking people are looking at me , and what they must be thinking of me. This has held me back from doing the things I would like to do. I am getting better, but it's a long process. It's comforting to hear I'm not alone. Congrats on the weight loss, you look great!
