I like both film versions. They're different time period renditions. This one is much more modern and sort of Rock-looking, sort of like American Idiot meets Jesus Christ Superstar, and the 1973 is more of a Hair meets JCS.
Both great renditions tho :)

@ThePhantomlover123 JC Superstar is meant to have anachronisms. Its part of the storytelling. You'll see them if you watch the 1973 version too.

Simon Zealotes is great in this version! he was great in the 1973 version of the film also.
