The beat starts at 0:25. I made a remake of Grand Puba "I Like It" beat with Korg Electribe ES-1. All samples were taken from vinyl records.
Samples:
Cal Tjader - Never My Love (from his amazing "Solar Heat" album, originally released from Cal's own Skye label)
DeBarge - I Like It
Impeach The President drum (The original "I Like It" beat does not use the Impeach drum... I could not figure out which drum samples were used.)

  • @jvcforce what is it with people sayin troll or trollin alot these days.get some new shit

  • MMM yummy :-) It's simply magical.

  • learn, experience, learn, create, learn, collab, learn, earn respect, make original music, very nicely done i think, having an ear to recreate means you have talent props

  • @chaosrecords Premier and all of them started out by figuring out what Marley Marl and them guys did with their beats. Is this any different? Besides, some people love to figure out what their favourite producers did with various songs. I guess reproducing is a great way to learn gear and equipment, before you go on making your own shit. This dude is also paying respect. Respect!
