I bought this Lancool case 2 weeks ago and the top 140mm fan near the front started making this extremely annoying clicking sound. I made sure there are no wires or cables obstructing the fan blades. It's just cheap sleeve bearings.
Other than the fan the case is quite nice for ~ $110 just too bad they used such cheap fans.

  • A new fan is only $10--I know! It's just disappointing to have to replace parts from a brand new unboxed case. Especially since the K62 is ~$130 case (here in Canada).

  • @AdamAus85 Thanks, yeah I'm not keen on LED fans either but I'll wait and see how I like it. I'll replace them with some better fans if I really need to...but for $70 I couldn't pass it up xD

  • @Squa7ch Mate I feel you'll love it, know I do. All I felt was too many LED fans, lol. I left the 2 exhaust LED fans as is, but swapped out the front intake LED fan for a Fractual Design silent series one. Check my channel too and you'll see the fan controller I installed which goes quite nicely with the mesh design on the front of the K62. Made a wise choice Squa7ch.

  • @AdamAus85 I just ordered one last night to replace my Antec 300 I've been using for a few years now...can't wait!

  • Happily my K62 doesn't have this problem, couldn't be happier with the case.

  • sounds like they need to put rubber attachments on the fans to reduce the vibration noise.

  • Mine does the same thing but not as loud.

  • hi i have nzxt sentry 2 fan controller make my fans noise like this noise ,when i connect the fans into the motherboard fans are silent ????? pls help

  • small ring also in and then close it with sticker and try it out now.. it will be as good as new..

you do the same way for any stuck or non working case fan...

  • do it in my way..

remove the fan and then lock at the back u will find a sticker with some thing mentioned about the fan, remove it and u will find a hole, inside the whole look for a white plastic ring, it iwll be very small, remove it with a flat screw driver, very sharp small flat screw driver and then just pull the blades and it will come off.. clean the rubber magnet and then apply some tiny drops of oil or anything that makes it smooth in the metal rod and then place it in and place the.

  • thare is probebly somthing that touching the fan maby a wire or somthing

i notice that your top is not fully closed check it out.

any way i dont have any problem with mine ..i have it for 7 month maby or more
