Ableton electronica liveset tryout 1

Trying to find a way to combine a couple of tracks and keep it as live as possible(without losing the plot). The control is stock Live and Automap, no Max4Live. Sounds are 50% standard Ableton and 50% sampled hardware (mostly Oberheim Matrix-1000). FX all standard Ableton except the free "King Dubby" plug-in used in the first track. My brain is the bottleneck. I just wish Novation would do a $500 version of the Launchpad with LCD buttons which could display text/color.

how well does the extra plug-in with the rotaries and faders work? obviously you make it wound sick, but as a user of it with the LP what are your thoughts?

The plug-in works fine with the controller. I've heard mixed things about automap in the past but my experience so far is very smooth. i expect it will work the same with other plug-ins or hardware as its all based on midiCC mapping.

thanks. the tracks are mine.Mostly made in Logic or recently with an MPC1000, then moved over to Ableton. Some things didn't transfer so well but other nice things appeared in Live.
