Who? Well everyone who owns one you idiot. I have dumbells and use them, but you can't do dumbell exercises in a plane or in a hotel room can you? Dumbells can't work on your grip the way a powerball can. Just because your mind can't get around the concept of inertia and centrifugal force doesn't mean everyone who uses this is a pussy. Go tell Akis, the world record holder, he's a pussy, and try not to shit yourself when you look at his arms. Fagfuck.

This is great, me and some work friends had a bit of a powerball kick back in the days and were posting vids back and forth (hence the cheesy dedication). What you don't see is my crutches and that I'm limping on one leg for this run.

@tigaskonde - I wouldn't advertise the fact that at 16 I'm out powerballed by a 30 year old, limping on one leg with a compound cast due to a sprained ankle. Keep working at it kid.
