the "Massage my shoulder again" episode.

Christian and Lisa have walked in on Oli and Timo making out on the sofa. Lisa leaves, Timo heads for the bedroom and Christian is pissy about it. The next day Oli makes sure Lisa's cool about everything and Christian bitches about Oli being gay to Coco and Gregor. They don't care and are vaguely amused by Christian's reaction.
However, back at home later that day, Christian sees Oli coming from the shower, and immediately grabs his own shoulder, and winces, which makes Oli come over and give him another massage.

Hmmm...

Later Oli realizes that Christian has a problem with him being gay.
