@jannikmt In many occasions yes. But think, who is the money going towards? Minorities affiliated in dangerous gangs (every city has them), People who didn't try in life, had 5 kids just for the hell of it, and suck money out of the government? I applaud anyone who honestly tried in life, and simply couldn't get ahead due to some other fault. but those cases are very rare. Sorry to sound like a jackass, but its reality.
