When i first got my Canon Vixia HV30 last year, i was eager to put it to work, so I shot a bunch of random footage with friends of mine. Anyway, I've tried to mash it all to a short film here. I know the "plot" might not make much sense, but.... gimme a break; My last name isn't Coen.
During that long part in the beginning where you see the male character sitting and writing on the train, I'd planned on including a voiceover narration thing, but... blah. I didnt like how any of the voiceovers turned out, so I left it out. But in retrospect, it's actually kind of cool to have no voice over explaining everything, cuz now it leaves you guys uncertain about what exactly is going on.

Thats a well put together short film. You understand what the male character is going through without a script. It's all clear in his facial expressions,mannerisms and his daily routine. Theres also a lot of potential to build this into a longer film with more depth into what we see at the end. PART 2?! :) Keep refining your craft and keep innovating. You've been favorited.
