    Moniz won a Nobel prize for Prefrontal Leukotomy in 1949. If this procedure is recognised to be worth the Nobel ,in that case W.Freeman was not sick at all. Besides, it is a contraversial subject yet if it is the last resort for some and it may help to improve their life it's worth undergoing it

    Lobotomies have been shown to make a difference in some cases but those cases have been rare, is my understanding...for the small handful who benefited they were not the normal outcome. The icepick technique is just disgusting to me though.
