  • very good overused split-screen a bit it was good in the opening but after that it should have been left out was interruptive couldn't take it seriously when it went to split screen like csi miami

  • Hi, thank you for your feedback.. I have to disagree with your comment about the 'Overuse of split screen'.. It does occur a lot in the opening titles, (Which is common) but throughout the full film, SplitScreen is only used once? Anyway thank you again for your feedback.

  • nice....great quality and nice editing...good job squire...

  • george lamb haha

  • the movies need something new, always keep that in mind. keep your working.

  • another think i didnt liked was the acting, its again to pushed, didnt sounded natural, plus the role of the detective would be more credible if the actor was older. the shots in the house could be better and the main story is not fully understandable, maybe it will with the second part.

now the good aspects. i liked the black and white idea but it would fit better with a much better screenplay and better shots you could have taken.

  • so here is my comment to your video.

i didnt liked the introduction part, you pushed the idea of murdering and killing to far (also you putted those images that dont really fit in with the short, plus the dead soldier doesnt go with the plot). the slpited screen, be careful with it, if you'r going to use it, do it well so it dont look silly.

  • i needed more room to write :P

Also i have to agree with lukezammit1

the opening scene where you walk into the room

around 1:12 - 1:20 the camera was too shaky.

one last thing, the sound track had a lot of background noise, but i guess you can't fix that unless you have better equipments

    cheers

  • you helped me so i'll help you back

I enjoyed watching it, it was pretty good. The acting was very good for amateurs. I also liked the black and white style.

    A few bad things.

At the opening scene, where you have like flashes of caution tape or magnifying glasses...etc i can tell you found those pics from google and that really bugged me, you should take those pictures yourself, because they are different qualities and stuff.

  • Hey louis, sure np to see your work. Enjoyed watching it.. I have some critisim however. I'll start with the good. The black and white really helped the movie. Good choice there. and i loved the voice over parts. However on the downside.. the opening sequence i think the camera was too shaky? maybe to show the unstable enviroment and atmosphere true but.. i think you over did it. Also i loved the split screen effect. Well done mate. 6/10 (i'm very hard on ratings so that great hehe)

  • quality is outstanding (Y) good work
