@Venusstar22 generally speaking most african americans have a thicker and different texture to their hair than to any other hair. Like compared to Caucasian hair....they're just about opposites! African American hair has to be treated differently because it also dries out a lot easier and requires a lot of special care. but yea...thats coming from me....an african american with "african american" hair....

What the hell is African American hair?....Last time I checked I thought hair was hair....different textures...but still, hair is hair. Is African American hair a "special" type of hair that ONLY African Americans have?.....I must be terribly confused.....or maybe i'm not the one who's confused.
