My try at a squat hold. Luv2run31 Held if for 8 minutes, I tried but it wasn't working out for me lol. Its weird thought I was gonna do better seeing as I can do a lot of pistols. Guess need to do more stasis leg training. As long as I tried is all that counts right???

  • when I teach this in my boot camp, we do it with one leg up straight and shoulder press with weights. try that :)

  • @luv2run31 it depends on his core strenght, but I believe it's easier :-)

  • Interesting, I incorporate those in my HIRT for 30sec just before jump squats with legs to chest, 10 of those just kill me ;-)

  • Thanks for taking the challenge. Yes, glad you tried it. I think its one of those exercises where its mind over body. I like to do those exercises cuz it conditions my brain for mtn bike racing. I have to stay focused the whole time otherwise I'll wipe out and lose time and my place!! So how do you think you would do holding a plank? LOL! :-)
