Interesting, I incorporate those in my HIRT for 30sec just before jump squats with legs to chest, 10 of those just kill me ;-)

Thanks for taking the challenge. Yes, glad you tried it. I think its one of those exercises where its mind over body. I like to do those exercises cuz it conditions my brain for mtn bike racing. I have to stay focused the whole time otherwise I'll wipe out and lose time and my place!! So how do you think you would do holding a plank? LOL! :-)

when I teach this in my boot camp, we do it with one leg up straight and shoulder press with weights. try that :)
