Time to boycott all of NPR's advertisers. We need to show them that we are the 99% and we won't put up with this. We also need to write to CNN and tell them if they don't stop the propaganda machine we will boycott their advertisers. Push for lawsuits with Fox broadcasters who stir up trouble and have an agenda of violence. Hold them responsible for the hate they spread.

NPR calls itself "public radio. However many affiliates have ad execs who sell airtime while others ask for donations. On top of that, many don't have public service ads anymore. Why? I thought the whole point of an FCC license was to serve the listeners.

Al Sharpton is a MSNBC employee. He can go anywhere and do whatever he wants (as long as he tells his bosses). He makes about $500,000 year.

Lisa Simeone is a 25 year radio freelancer (way more experience than Al) who did 2 NPR shows. Other NPR reporters are openly right wing, associate with lots of think tanks and other groups and never get sacked. Yet, if she does something that "liberal", that's grounds for firing?

Being for the already born does not mean one does not feel for those not yet born. Pro-choice does not mean pro-abortion. It does mean pro-education, pro-contraception, pro-health screening. In 65 years of living I have never come across another woman who was pro-abortion.

Such a clear and basic message. Surely what all people want. Equal justice ... fairness.

If you also go to the FCC, good luck. The last time I tried to file a complaint I was told if you don't like it, turn it off. It's "free speech".

One example of NPR's "first rate coverage"? Have Alberto Gonzalez on to explain about the legality of torture and why it's necessary.

Since she was a freelancer, it's no longterm cost to NPR to sack her. If she sued for unfair dismissal, what would be NPR's defense? She wasn't an "objective journalist"? Name one "name" at the major MSM news outlets that is.

Yet another reason to turn off NPR.

Listening around online, I'm finding lots of NPR stations say they're "public radio". Yet, they have tons of sponsors AND they want pledges as well? One said they could start :15 commercial packages at $3,000. It's all semantics.

It's also hypocracy for firing someone for having an opinion?
