  • This is an alternating rudiment and the last single should be accented more. This could be done with the high stroke/low stroke technique. Doubles are low strokes and the accented single at the end is a high stroke.

  • Yeah, The only way is start slow. Dont go faster than you can handle. Use a metronome. And watch the u tube video called " Building hand speed". After you watch that video, do it everyday for a year and i swear you will be sick
