No, it's the standard 5 speed manual gearbox (5th gear/ 30.3km/h for every 1000rpm), but I'm trying to change gears at redline without letting off the throttle pedal.

no it's standard 5 gear manual... but I change gears without letting the accelerator pedal off:)

smileynum1, on a straight line it goes till 165-170km/h provided there is no severe air resistance.
Downhill I have seen 190km/h at 6000rpm (30.3km/h per 1000rpm x 6 = 182km/h REAL), which is the end of the tachometer

My saxo 1.1 is stock, date '98, weighs 805kg but after my modifications it weighs 40kg less.
Gearing is the same, check saxo 1.1 specs.
Wheels are the same 155/70 R13.
