Seth Barlekamp Talks to WKYC

While Channel 3 Reporter, Dick Russ, attempts to paint a Glenn Beck style portrait of the May 13th Student Walkout as students being "duped" by Marxists, Seth Bartlekamp sets him straight.

Call the Fifth District Police station, 216-623-5618 & 216-623-6500 to demand all charges against the students be dropped and to protest the brutal treatment of the students. Call the Cleveland Board of Education, 216-574-8000 and Collinwood High School, 216-451-8782 to demand the suspensions be rescinded and that Seth Barlekamp not be threatened with expulsion.

Note: I apologize for the shaky footage. It was taken amidst a crowd of over 200 high school students and community supporters, and as I was filming I was being pushed from behind by volunteer security forces mobilized by the local elected officials to contain and diffuse the students.

@geofreesitemaster That's for the rest of us to decide! People here in CA, and elsewhere, are writing to your local officials. Folks there in Cleveland should get out in the streets, show some solidarity, and not let thugs in uniform shove people around, 'cause that's what they'll do if allowed. If you don't own the politicians, the police, everything else that's not nailed down, all you have is numbers - your family, friends, community, fellow citizens, fellow Americans.

Don't you care that schools are being ripped off all over the country? I hope you can get a good education to fulfill your dreams. Do you dream of being more than a wage slave? These students are something more than beaten, programmed windup consumers; they are citizens, a concept that is all but lost in America. Most of the people I know who live here know nothing about how their lives are ordered by those with the power to do so. Freedom means nothing if it's just so much ink on paper. If you don't use it, you lose it.
