you should try pike ups for your shoulder press ups.. grreat work tho really like your channel.also i see your pull ups have maxed out at 11 you could try using a band and working higher rep schemes i had some success with that increasing my max by 8 reps just incorporating high rep band pull ups after my max pulls

@lordi: interesting suggestion about the bands - thank you. I haven't done pull ups for a while (concentrating on other things) but if I go back to them I will try your suggestion.
