the chassis is pretty much the same as the le mans monster porsche 692c.. no wonder it beat the ferrari fxx with slicks around the top gear track... older le mans cars were just better than todays with restricted regulation bollocks... this is basically an unrestricted le mans and for what 60k-70k ??

@llandudnoboy correction they did offer create fast cars for fractions of supercar prices, ultima maximus g force 1600hp ... 3million dollars difference more power same engine just different gearbox -.- best thing 60-100mph in 0.62s woop

@emerica420 The SSC is a Super car It is more then Capable of taking a Corner. Why is your fucking excuse always about "Corners" when a American car happens to be faster then a British/Italian/French car? Its not like your going to be racing through town at 130 mph drifting around corners like Fast and the Furious makes you think. Most races are done in a fucking straight line rather it be on the Highway or at a redlight. No car can corner at 257 mph. Do a little research and drive a car Moron

@emerica420 the aero is 4 seconds faster to 200 than the ultima and is foot less wider, so it could handle a curve so you never know, plus if you really want to see the acceleration of a scc just type in ssc vs alpha 12

The ssc aero may slightly quiker in a straight line but the Ultima would destroy the Aero round a circuit. Because American car companys focuse to much on straight line speed and put no effort into cornering speeds.

What you must remember is the very low kerb weight of the Ultimas.
They are just incredibly fast and beautifully built kit cars costing a fraction of the price of any of the super cars.
For the price of a Koenigsegg you could build three or maybe four top of the range 750Hp Ultimas and the running cost of an Ultima compared to any other similar supercar would be peanuts.
The Ultima offers the best value performance per dollar or pound of any supercar.
0 to 211 in under 20sec is nuts
