Spider-Man vs. Kingpin

Spiderman by Seth Zankuten (Ver 2.0) vs. Kingpin by SLotman (ver ?). Hoping to finally rid himself of Spider-Man, Kingpin decides to take matters into his own hands and lures Spidey into his office where he engages him in battle. Kingpin has most of his guards stand down since this is personal. Note: I added AI to Kingpin and Spidey has Seth's fierce AI.
