RECIPE for 4-20 Special Green Hemp Smoothie:
--1 bunch organic Kale (or 1/3 bunches of different kinds of Kale, like Black, Green or Red)
--2 or 3 leaves of Swiss Chard
--2 or 3 leaves of Collared Greens
--1 organic lemon (cut the ends off, but use the entire lemon, even skin and seeds - cut into 1/8ths)
--1 organic pear (green or bartlett, cut into 1/8ths)
--1/2 cup of organic Hemp nut (Hemp seeds, even with shell/husks)
--750 mL of organic Apple Cider (add more or less depending on desired sweetness)
--either strawberry leaves/an organic Carrot (ends chopped) are optional, but neither are necessary.. =)
--Chop your veggies and their friends, putting the fruit first, at the bottom of the Blender/Vitamix (instead of last, like in the video), then add the green leafies, adding the juice, and blending at an increasing speed for 30 seconds, starting at low.
--Next add the Hemp nut and any additional juice or water, and make sure you loosen any straggler greens hanging on the edge of the Blender/Vitamix.
--Blend again for up to 60 seconds, until a fine smooth drinkable texture -- longer than a minute, and your drink may begin to foam up, which gives you the Green Mustache!
--Serve and Drink right away (while the enzymes are still fresh and alive), and store any leftovers in a mason jar for up to 2 days.
The Hemp Green smoothie is high in proteins, amino acids, healthy fats, and many vitamins and nutrients -- it compliments a workout, or works great as a pick-me-up substitute for coffee...

@MegaViiaAdores - hahaha, its supposed to be intensity music for cheesy melodramatic effect (a la EpicMealTime) instead of apocalyptic... but that's a good point you make.. =)
