I missed something, is Karin Dom a privet special need children's school, or smt. else? It's clear the other place is an state institution, what a shame, after all Bulgaria is not that desperetly poor, but allways the most helpless gets the worse...

It's absolutely awful to think that the things we take for granted aren't there in other countries, or come at such a high cost that they aren't an option.
