I just want to say, thank you so much for these videos!! I have always wanted to do yoga, but i'm a student and can't afford it but you have given me the opportunity to start! You're a great teacher as well, and your voice is so relaxing and calming - great after a stressful day! :)

Hi Esther, when you are coming down from plank are you supposed to bring your chin down first before your chest? I am finding this really difficult. also my arms bend out to the side rather than backwards as yours are doing. is this wrong? i find my feet move back and forwards too between downward dog and upward facing dog! i am not sure how to fix this. can you advise?

@preronamukherjee Hi, just come down slowly, knees down for sure if you are still building strength, get used to bending your elbows back. Adjusting your feet between up dog and down dog is fine, no worries. Look at my new video up chaturanga and up dog. This might help you.
