Palm Beach to Kendall for some Hungry Bear Subs. US 27 to Krome then A1A north to Ft. Lauderdale. At 3:00 minutes a bus. Around 4:00 minutes A1A was in Salt Water due to tidal surge from the tropical storm Noel.
It was a day of obstacles - drivers not paying attention, roads washed out and road closures due to construction. However, the weather was great.
A typical South Florida ride. The last stop in Ft. Lauderdale is the Blue Fish bar. You will see a few motorcycles parked there.

Oh man I miss Florida! I was based in Miami Beach and Ft. lauderdale in '95/'96 and only had a scooter, but it was some of the most enjoyable riding of my life. I'm replacing my crashed Blackbird with a V-strom 1000 and can't wait to ride. Only problem is, the weather here in Vancouver is a bit tough this time of year. It does my heart good to see someone enjoying sunny skies on a bike. Thanks so much for the videos.
