Hello, and welcome to my 7 Day Survivor guide! I noticed a video similar to this one and originally used it help me out, but it only went to five days. So I decided, why not make another? First off, I'm assuming you have the Megabuster from Zombie Genocide. If not, there are other videos for that and you should really consider unlocking it beforehand. It kills zombies in one hit and survivors/psychos in just a couple. If you haven't even unlocked Infinity Mode yet, you need to finish the main story with the A Ending. Level 50 would also be a good thing.

Now the most important aspect of Infinity Mode is that your health is always being depleted. Whether you get hit or not, it goes down constantly. So obviously food items are the only way you're going to survive. To increase the effects of food items, we'll be needing three books. The first is in the Entrance Plaza, Paul is here as well but we skip fighting him for now. Pick up the book, head back through the SR (Security Room) and out through the vents. Otis will be here, an easy kill. All we want is the food, the weapons are pointless when compared to the Megabuster.

Take the non-elevator path, through PP (Paradise Plaza) and then hit the mirror shortcut. The second book is here in WP (Wonderland Plaza) and happens to be right in the entrance of the store! Now we're going to the FC (Food Court) to cook the meat from Otis and fight Carlito. Just watch for him to reload and then pop out to kill him. After all that's done, run through the park and to the NP (North Plaza). If you get shot, just try to roll out of the dazed stance Frank goes into. By the way, if you're wondering about the constant knee drops, they prevent you from taking damage from a long fall. Weird, right?

Now enter the empty store near Crislip's and you've got the final book! Now items will triple their healing value. A snack usually heals one block, but now heals three, for example. A steak would normally heal six blocks, but now heals 18, giving you full health. Use Google to find the full list if needed, and then just multiply whatever the numbers are by three.

These will be my first videos here, so I'm putting this one up first as a test. The rest I'll upload later.

  • how do u get tthe megabuster

  • @mattequalsone Most of the Retarded moments came during Boos fights Heres my personal list:

Adam can destroy ANY melee weapons isntantly.

Cletus just spam attacks you with the shotgun.

Steven Rarely even gives you a chance to ever hit him

the Convicts really weren't needed IMO

Survivors have to many Dumb-ass attacks to ignore

The cutscenes weren't all that great,

although, Unlike most of the people, you seem to have ACTUALLY reasons for prefereing the original. sorry if I sounded retarded

  • @SamshMaster2000 DR 1 had a better setting. Wilamette Mall was more interesting than Fortune City.

Story is debatable. With DR 2, they essentially turned DR into RE lite.

DR 1 had better psychos by far.

As far as the A.I., DR 2 has the opposite problem 1 had.

Most of the weapons are the same, except the combo ones. I feel the combo weapons made the game too easy until the end when the super zombies come in.

    OT in 2 was pointless.

Which moments did you think were retarded?

  • @mattequalsone How? Because frank's i it?

    Because Dead Rising 2 has

    Better Story

    Better AI

    Better Weapons

    Combo Weapons

    Less Retarded Moments

  • @fargone164 You're health is always going down, and as time goes on, Zombies Spawn more often and in more area's, but time is the biggest issue.

  • Thumbs up if u read while taking a shit XD

  • Do u always start with low health ??

  • @fargone164 after a certain amount of time, zombies start spawning in areas. when you hit 5 days, zombies begin to spawn in the safe room

  • cant you just camp in areas to get the 7 days or is there a catch like you have to be in the main mall or somthing.

  • I do it 3 time!
