Great Ideas Kieth,
It's my feeling that in tough times your business should increase market share so that you are positioned to profit massively when times are better. In that vein my business is offering free websites (no forced advertising included) for small businesses where they can sell right off of the pages.
I'll be using all your tactics and more.
You can profit from this also.
