I love lunges. For people who try do this the 1. time, expect increase in pulse and heart rate. You might get short on breath but in time it will be ok. This is a great exercise you can do at home with a pair of BDs and also if you cant do squats or leg curls do these.

i love lunges! I didn't when my trainer first had me to them, but soon you appreciate how strong and fit they make you! Nice sexy shaped muscles by the way!! woo hoo!!
