There are many different types of lunges, this one will emphasize the work on your hamstrings and glutes. Thank you to beautiful Saffron Studios for the use of their space!

  • @luvsbuffgurls Yay! I aim to please :) And I know, they can be hard at first... which is why I start with the easy level!

  • I love lunges. For people who try do this the 1. time, expect increase in pulse and heart rate. You might get short on breath but in time it will be ok. This is a great exercise you can do at home with a pair of BDs and also if you cant do squats or leg curls do these.

  • i love lunges! I didn't when my trainer first had me to them, but soon you appreciate how strong and fit they make you! Nice sexy shaped muscles by the way!! woo hoo!!
