A really crazy and sometimes chaotic game that was presented at LEGO World 2011 (Copenhagen, Denmark)

Technical Highlights:
-HiTechnic (http://www.hitechnic.com/) Gyro and Acceleration sensors are used to detect head movements.
-Bluetooth Communication is established between the Helmets and the Soccers Bots.
-All robots (Helmets and Soccer-Bots) are programmed in NXT-G, the standard LEGO MINDSTORMS programming interface.

Special thanks for their support to:
-LEGO MINDSTORMS Team
-HiTechnic.com (http://www.hitechnic.com/)

  • Nice Robot!!! I saw your NXT Helmet in Legoworld Zwolle, but it's even more fun to play soccer with it. Well done.

    Bye bye Anika Vuurzoon

  • @Vuurzoon Hi Anika! Thanks for your great comment!

At LEGO World we had a huge NXT brick with a big TV screen (instead the actual NXT display). There visitors could watch a selection of the coolest MINDSTORMS related videos. Guess who made this selection? ...right! and guess which video was included in it ...yes! your Duck & Rat project!!!

So virtually the Vuurzoon family was present at LEGO World Copenhagen 2011!! That's official!

    My Best,

    NeXTSTORM

  • Hi NeXTSTORMING,

Wooow, we are pleased that we were present at LEGO World Copenhagen!

Thankx for selecting our Duck & Rat video! Possibly we will go to the FLL in St. Louis (27 - 30 April). My younger sister Britta joins one of the nominated teams. Will you be there too?

    Bye bye, Anika Vuurzoon.
