This is a blind run of the mission to destroy Leonardo's blueprints. I didn't plan on being able to run through this on my first try, but I surprise myself sometimes. It was a very fun mission.

I've only played the PC version, but you just need to visit the tailors throughout the city. They'll dye your clothes for you in a number of different colours. If you haven't done any investing yet, now's a good time to do that. You'll probably need to invest in a few tailors first before you find the colour you want, as each tailor will normally have different dyes available. Some of the better dyes don't become available until you invest a lot and/or progress though the main story.
