Yes is is proven prison doesnt work, that i will not dispute, nor the violence or some people dont deserve the time as well as some deserve more, but there are rehabilitation and programming going on withing Federal (2 years+ a day) anything under a 2 year sentence doesnt have programming as it doesnt give nuff time sure some guards are dicks, some care, some programs work some dont but they are there for the most part more goes on than u know

Our prison system is horrible. Not even an attempt at rehabilitation. They just throw you to the wolves and if you're lucky, you live through it. True, many deserve what they get, but there's also good people who just made a mistake. If they weren't criminals when they went in... they sure as hell will be when they get out.
