http://tiny.cc/alert-pay - AlertPay is an account-based payment processor allowing just about anyone with an email address to securely send and receive money with their credit card or bank account.
I call BS. Either the e-mail is fake, or your story is. Not sure of your motivation, but you are 100% incorrect. They never have and I doubt they will EVER let a person in India handle calls.
This made me investigate further who else moved to their support services out of the UK. I pay through the nose for services in the UK and pay tax on those services in the UK, so is it too much to expect a person in the UK to talk too? Changed banking to HSBC, (customer service awards from which magazine) calls answered locally and no India or phillipines call centre. Seems to be pretty awesome and I couldnt believe the difference in customer service. Will do the same for every service I use.
@shillaily In response to my complaint for our business account I have an email confirming that calls are and will continue to be supported from India as they believe this is a part of thier global support strategy, offers great customer value, blah blah blah. Cancelled both the business and personal accounts.
@SymonDymond I'm really sure the agents in India don't take calls. I've been to their office and I've spoken with their customer service agents on several occasions. How are you sure you were answered in India? It's not cause the agent had a foreignish sounding name was it? lol
Got answered in India again today. Maybe it depends where your based. Your right they didnt outsource, they have their own office there. Same problem for me. I have already switched to using a European bank as a payment processor for our online customers. Less security and customer services concerns. Most of my clients are in the UK and US and they have made it quite clear that having calls being answered elsewhere would damage our brand.
I cant verify my account i have two credit cards both i cant verify . What should i do? to create a new acount or....?
