After a long weekend of eating...I did a couple things in the gym. First some heavy deads (not shown)

Then 21-15-9
Deads @ 225
Ring Dips
Time - 3:59 (cable crossover slow down)

Then Bicep Curls :)

    Explosiveness is sweet, bad form is not. A straight back is a must for deadlifting.
