Secret/Hidden Assault Rifle on The Storm [Halo 3]. Possibly the new Scarab Gun? (Part 2)

Some things to note about this AR:
This AR is on The Storm, a campaign level in Halo 3. What is significant about it though, is that it is located inside in inaccessible building, and the inside can only be viewable while going in Pan Cam mode in Local.

Some things I have come to conclude
-This may be the next Scarab Gun since in Halo 2, in the mission where you meet the Scarab for the first time [Metropolis], that is the level where you find the Scarab Gun, which is simply a Plasma Rifle with the projectile swapped for the Scarab's projectile.

In Halo 3, The Storm is also the first level in which you see a Scarab, and this is in a very hidden location. Coincidence? I guess we'll find out when the community finds a way in there :P

Marine drops it, glitches through the floor, it's there. Weird bug considering it's on every copy of the game. HaloDude claims there are triggers for activating it, I say bullshit.

For anyone too stupid to know the first thing about this, the gun is real. That AR is there. There is no currently known way to pick up the AR, and no one knows if it is an easter egg, another scarab gun, or what.

Was no accident they needed a prototype so they hid it deep in the game and someone found it NO ACCIDENT!!!
